Join HMoob Language and Culture Camp for an opportunity to learn about the uniqueness and beauty of being HMoob. Youth will learn to read and write HMoob RPA, learn HMoob history, and enjoy fun outdoor activities relating to HMoob ways of life. Our camp is a full language immersion camp designed for HMoob youth in middle and high school.

 

Dates: Sun July 28th, 2024 - Fri Aug 2nd, 2024 (overnight camp)

Location: Wyalusing State Park

Transportation provided to/from camp from Cia Siab, Inc.

Open to: HMoob students who will be in middle and high school in the 2024 - 2025 academic school year.

Registration Cost: $350 per student (scholarships available)

We don't want the registration fee to be a barrier to youth who are accepted to attend camp. We encourage everyone to apply to camp and want to assure you scholarships are available to cover cost!

This year we are only accepting 25 students to attend the 2024 HMoob Language and Culture Camp. This year we are implementing an NEW application process. Each youth interested in attending are required to apply! Priority will be given to youth in La Crosse County.
